Last season we recorded our highest-ever average home crowd and second-highest league position ever, finishing ninth in Sky Bet League One.  

As we look forward to another season in English football’s third tier, welcoming teams like Birmingham City and Wrexham, we anticipate some of the largest attendances we’ve ever seen at The Lamex Stadium.

Our 2024/25 Season Tickets offer excellent savings compared to matchday prices, and come with numerous benefits, including free replica shirt for Under 12s and 10% off in the Club Shop.

The age of applicants on 1^st August 2024 will determine discount qualification for season tickets. Categories are defined as follows:

• Adult – Born on or between 01/08/65 – 01/08/2006 (18-59).
• Concessions – Disabled (Proof of medium–high living disability allowance or equivalent PIP Award), Students with valid ID Card, 60 & over – Born on or before 31/07/1965, Ex/Current Serviceman/woman (with a Defence Discount Service Card), NHS/Emergency Service Workers.
• Under 18 – Born on or after 02/08/2006.
• Under 12 – Born on or after 02/08/2012.

The Club reserve the right to request each Season Ticket holder provides proof of identification in the form of a valid Driving License, Passport or Photo ID Card upon entry or at any time within the stadium footprint. 

2024/25 Season Tickets can be purchased by either of the two below options:

• Online at borotickets.co.uk.
• Visit the Stevenage FC Club Shop – in addition to its normal opening hours, the Stevenage FC Club Shop will be open from 10am to 5pm on Wednesday 12^th and Thursday 13^th June to assist with in-person Season Ticket sales.

• Can I renew my 2023/24 Season Ticket?

Yes – 2023/24 Season Ticket seats will be held until 5pm on Wednesday 10^th July 2024. After this date, 2023/24 seats will be released for General Sale.

• How long will my 2023/24 Season Ticket seat be held for?

• Why can’t I renew my 2023/24 Season Ticket seat?

You can! Make sure you are logged into the same www.borotickets.co.uk account you used to purchase last season’s Season Ticket.

• Can I pay for my Season Ticket in instalments?

Yes – the Payment Plan option is only available online and the Club reserve the right to incur a £20.00 administration fee, payable upon collection of your Season Ticket card.

Should a payment fail for any reason your Season Ticket will be suspended for a period of three workings days. Should payment not be received during this time period your Season Ticket will be paused. Should your payment fail on three occasions your Season Ticket will be cancelled immediately and will not be reactivated.

No refunds will be provided for payments already received for Season Tickets cancelled due to failed payments. Payment instalments will be taken on the same monthly date as the initial date of payment.

• How and when will I receive my 2024/25 Season Ticket?

2024/25 Season Tickets will be available for collection or delivered to the registered address prior to the first home league game of the 2024/25 season.

A £2.50 fee will be incurred at time of purchase for those who opt for delivery.

• What if I can’t access my borotickets.co.uk account?

You can request a password change on www.borotickets.co.uk or call us on 01438 223223.

• What happens if a game is postponed or rescheduled?

In the event that a qualifying fixture is postponed, abandoned or rescheduled, you shall automatically be entitled to attend the re-arranged fixture. No refunds will be provided in the event that you are unable to attend the re-arranged fixture.

• I’m unable to access the internet, how can I purchase a Season Ticket?

Concessions have a duty to inform the Club if circumstances change and upgrade remaining tickets. Proof of qualification for Concessions must be always carried. Failure to provide proof may result in sanctions being imposed which may include, but not limited to, ejection and banning from the Stadium without refund.

• Can I lend my Season Ticket to a friend?

Season Ticket Cards are allocated at the time of purchase and are non-transferable.
