4 Cork homes on sale for around €200,000

THE average price of a house in Cork county is almost €300,000, and in the city is stands at around €330,000.

But can you still a grab a bargain here for around €200,000?

The answer is yes: and I have located four properties – two in the city, two in the county – for around that price which can be moved into straight away.

Our second home is in the sweet village of Ballineen, positioned on the Main Street so within the centre of the community.
