Jennifer Nabrizny Named Director Of Women’s Basketball Operations – Providence College Athletics

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Providence College women’s basketball Head Coach Erin Batth announced today [July 10] that Jennifer Nabrizny has joined her staff as Director of Women’s Basketball Operations. Nabrizny returns to Providence for a second stint, having served in the same position from 2016-2023. Nabrizny is set to begin her official duties on July 22 and replaces Sheana Vega, who resigned in May.

In her previous role with Friars, she managed various aspects of the program, including scheduling, revenue generation, practice operations, travel logistics and vendor relationships. She worked in collaboration with the BIG EAST Conference to execute league-wide initiatives through the season and oversaw operational needs related to bench technology, video, scouting and recruiting software. In addition to her duties with the women’s basketball program, she also forged relationships throughout the campus community having served on various committees.

After departing Providence College, Nabrizny served as Compliance Coordinator at Stonehill College before being named Director of Basketball Operations and Sport Administration at The American Athletic Conference.

At The American, she was the contact for men’s and women’s basketball operations with the conference’s member institutions and had additional oversight of select Olympic sports and postseason championship events. She worked directly on the implementation and execution of regular-season and championship operational policies for men’s and women’s basketball.

While at Stonehill, she monitored and maintained playing and practice season data for all sports and assisted in educating coaches and student-athletes on NCAA and university recruiting policies.

Nabrizny also served as the Director of Women’s Basketball Operations at her alma mater, St. Bonaventure University from 2013-16. She earned her degree in political science from St. Bonaventure in 2012.
