Man, 30s, dies in motorcycle crash in north Dublin

A motorcyclist in his 30s has died in a single vehicle collision at Constitution Hill in north Dublin.

It happened at around 2.20am.

The man was taken to the Mater Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

The outbound lane of the road is closed for a technical examination and local diversions are in place.

Gardaí are appealing to witnesses to come forward.

Any road users who may have camera footage and were travelling in the area between 1.30 and 2.30 this morning are asked to contact gardaí.
