Well known company open brand new Galway restaurant as first reviews promising
A well-known brand in Galway has opened a brand new restaurant and cafe in the county that’s already proving a hit with customers.
SKG Catering provides catering services for several businesses across Galway and now has opened a brand new business in Liosban industrial estate.
Siam Kitchen Galway will be operated by SKG Catering and can be found at the front of Lionban industrial estate facing the Tuam road.

Already, customers have been delighted with what Siam Kitchen offers which includes delicious hand-roasted coffee, fresh fish and chips, fresh scampi and chips, delicious muffins, chowder and croissants.
This is Galway posted: “There’s a brand new restaurant now open in Liosbán and they’re serving coffee from 7.30am and breakfast from 8am-12pm, so pop in tomorrow morning and try it out. You’ll find Siam Kitchen, operated by the brilliant SKG Catering, along the front of Liosbán Industrial Estate, facing the Tuam Road. There are lots more exciting things to come from this new space so keep an eye on their social media for updates.”
Meanwhile, cafes in Galway have been called to take part in a new initiative that would transform nightlife in the city.
Local cafes across the city have been encouraged to take up the pilot grant initiative by Galway City Council and introduce ‘engaging cultural programming’ past 6pm.
Called “Cafe Lates”, the initiative hopes to introduce a ‘vibrant and diverse late-night cafe culture’ to Galway akin to Amsterdam or Paris.
Possible ‘cultural programming ideas’ include live performances from local bands to intimate acoustic and DJ sets. spoken word and poetry, comedy, book clubs, workshops, and tastings to themed nights.
