The 10 betting favorites for the 2024 Open Championship at Royal Troon

After this week’s Genesis Scottish Open, the world of golf heads to Royal Troon for the 2024 British Open, the final men’s major championship of the year. The Champion Golfer of the Year will be crowned at Troon for the first time since 2016 (Henrik Stenson).

Defending champion Brian Harman will try to go back-to-back, but he’ll have to fend off the best players in the game. World No. 1 and Masters winner Scottie Scheffler is the betting favorite at +450 and is joined in the field by U.S. Open winner Bryson DeChambeau, PGA Championship winner Xander Schauffele, Rory McIlroy, Ludvig Aberg, Collin Morikawa, Brooks Koepka, Jon Rahm and Tommy Fleetwood, among others.
