Renault has launched three new cars to the Irish market in Dublin on Monday. International Car of the Year 2024, the Renault Scenic E-Tech Electric, was introduced alongside their new flagship model Rafale E-Tech full hybrid and new Captur
Scenic E-Tech electric is now a full SUV with exceptional interior space, and on-board features. For Renault the Scenic E-Tech electric is Renault’s first electric family car with sustainably designed for the comfort of the whole family.
Zero emission, agile, light and compact (4.47 m long), the Scenic is in its element on city roads. For long journeys, it boasts up to 610km of range (WLTP), comfort, a spacious interior, and tech-enhanced driving pleasure. It boasts quick charging of up to 150 kW, with a 545-litre boot, and the innovative Solarbay opacifying sunroof and ‘ingenious’ rear armrest completing the cabin’s ‘allcomfort’ package.
The 60KWh 170bhp version is available in two trim levels – evolution and techno and the 87kWh 220hp version is available in techno, esprit Alpine and Iconic trims. Scenic E-Tech electric has arrived in dealerships and for 242 registrations. The Renault Rafale E-Tech full hybrid prestige D-SUV draws its inspiration from the world of aviation and embodies the pleasure and excellence of the Renault brand in terms of design, on-board experience and onboard technologies including OpenR Link multimedia with Google built-in, Solarbay opacifying sunroof, Ingenious rear armrest and 4 Control Advanced 4-wheel steering system.
Rafale is available in three trim levels techno, espirit Alpine and esprit Alpine+. Rafale is now in dealerships and for 242 registrations, Rafale E-Tech Full Hybrid.
Captur remains a pace-setter in the urban SUV market with a host of new features alongside the many qualities that have built its identity and its success. Along with a new front end and more athletic lines, it gains a more stylish, more premium look.
It has a hugely versatile interior with a sliding rear bench to allow optimisation of rear seat space and boot space according to customer need. From techno level upwards, New Captur has openR Link multimedia system with Google built-in offering the best of in-car technology with Google Maps navigation, voice assistant with Google Assistant and Google Play with over 50 applications available, a world first in the B-segment.
The new Captur is now in dealerships to test drive and order with prices for the esprit Alpine TCe 90 manual coming in at €29,120. The E-Tech full hybrid 145 starts at €33,990.
