Kerry make three changes for trip to face Meath in Championship

Dylan Casey of Kerry

Kerry have made three changes from the side that saw off Monaghan for the trip to Navan to face Meath on Sunday.

Jack O’Connor has brought Dylan Casey, Mike Breen and Cillian Burke into the team with Paul Murphy, Tadhg Morley and Dara Moynihan dropping to the bench.

Casey and Breen come into the full and half back lines respectively with Burke named at half forward. Paudie Clifford captains the team from centre forward with the likes of Adrian and Killian Spillane named on the bench.

Kerry return to Navan for the first time since 2018 when they won a ‘Super 8s’ game by eight points but they face a Meath team who suffered a ten-point defeat to Louth, their first at the hands of the Wee county in 49 years.

The Royals are expected to name their team on Friday.
