Euro Fan Zone on its way to football club

Cheltenham Town Football Club are set to be hosts of a Euro 2024 Fan Zone where big screens will show games from the tournament taking place in Germany.

Footballs fans from Gloucestershire will be able to view all the action as the location will of course be the club’s Completely Suzuki Stadium, or more commonly known to Robins fans as Whaddon Road.




The event involving a joint collaboration between IGLU Bars and Cheltenham Town Football Club will include viewing of all three of England’s group stage matches against Serbia (June 16), Denmark (June 20) and Slovenia (June 25).

Entry is free but you will need a ticket (website here). A full list of what will be on offer includes:

  • Large 15msq Screen, High-End PA System, Pre-Match Music.
  • Fully stocked bar with – lagers, cider, ales, wine, fizz, spirit mixers, frozen cocktails and a wide range of soft drinks.

  • Varied food outlets for every England game. To be announced in lead up to each game.

  • The fan zone will be situated in the club car park – this is very much a family-friendly event, with all ages welcome.
    Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Seating for hundreds and further standing areas for up to 1500 supporters. Seating allocated on a first to arrive basis.

Organisers are advising attendees to walk or use public transport to get to the club car park as there is limited parking available for blue badge holders only. No drinks are to be brought on site too as there will be searches at the ticket gate.
