Munster to host Ospreys in URC quarter-finals

Top seeds Munster will host the Ospreys in the quarter-finals of the BKT United Rugby Championship after beating Ulster 29-24 at Thomond Park.

The win, their ninth in a row, sees Graham Rowntree’s men top the table on 68 points, two ahead of the Bulls after 18 rounds.

Leinster, meanwhile, finished in third position after last’s night’s win over Connacht and will welcome Ulster to the Aviva Stadium next weekend.

Richie Murphy’s side have already beaten Leinster twice this season.

Benetton will travel to South Africa to face the Bulls, while Glasgow will have home advantage against the Stormers.

Ospreys secured a bonus-point win at Cardiff in the late kick-off to claim the eighth and final play-off place.
