Fourth man arrested over murder of Croatian man in Dublin
A fourth man has been arrested by gardaí in connection with the murder of Croatian man Josip Strok, who died following an incident in Dublin earlier this year.
Gardaí said the man, who is in his 40s, is detained at a garda station in west Dublin and that the investigation is ongoing.
Two men appeared in court in April charged with the murder of Mr Strok.
Connor Rafferty, 19, of Castlegrange Close, Clondalkin, and Anthony Delappe, 18, of Melrose Avenue, Clondalkin, were both charged at Ballyfermot Garda Station with the murder of Mr Strok and assault causing harm to his friend, 28-year-old David Družinec.
Mr Družinec was allegedly attacked during the same incident.
They have yet to indicate how they will plead.
A third man arrested during the investigation was released without charge, pending directions from the DPP.
Mr Strok, 31, who lived in central Dublin, suffered severe head injuries at Grange View Way, Clondalkin, on 30 March. He was taken to hospital and died from his injuries on 3 April.
