Question: I bought a Rock suitcase from Very.ie in September 2022. I spent €160 on it, hoping it’d last for years. It’s a hard shell suitcase and, according to the website, it came with a 15-year warranty from the manufacturer, which led me to believe it was built to last.

But the zip has broken open and one of the wheels doesn’t roll anymore. I checked the warranty, via the manufacturer’s website, only to discover it’s only valid in the UK. This is contrary to what Very.ie had led me to believe. What can I do?
