Serena Williams’ Ex-Coach Rules Twitter for Impeccable Take On Iga Swiatek’s Dominant 4th French Open Title

The Queen of Clay‘: Verified! World number one tennis star, Iga Swiatek, recently secured her fifth major title of her career in Paris. She comfortably defeated Italy’s Jasmine Paolini by 6-2,6-1 in just 68 minutes. With this emphatic victory, the 23-year-old Polish tennis star has now become the youngest to win a fourth French Open title. While many fans predicted that she would create this historic moment in the Parisian clay this year, Serena Williams‘ former coach, Rennae Stubbs also made an accurate prediction. As her observations turned out to be spot on fans are now hailing her as the “Best commentator!

Just after Swiatek’s hard-fought victory over the former world number one, Naomi Osaka in the second round, Rennae Stubbs took to X (formerly Twitter) to predict the Polish tennis star in Paris. On May 30th, she wrote, “That was an amazing match!!!!!!!! The forehand that Naomi missed serving for the match up 30-15 to go up two match points is one she is going to see in her sleep (nightmares) tonight! After this win, I think IGA now just plows thru everyone else after that match.”

In fact, that match against Osaka was the only match in which Iga Swiatek lost a set in this tournament. She has showcased a dominating performance after snatching the victory from the jaws of a shocking defeat in the second round of her favorite Grand Slam event. After Swiatek’s win last night, Stubbs highlighted that same post and tweeted saying, “I think I may have nailed this prediction. Congrats @iga_swiatek and team! @abramowiczd #TeamIga.

Rennae Stubbs has always been a big fan of Iga Swiatek. Earlier during an interview, the 53-year-old Aussie tennis legend said that she thinks Iga Swiatek “can win more than eight“ French Open titles. So far Swiatek has reached the halfway mark! Can she make this prediction successful too? Time will tell, but Rennae Stubbs’ accurate prediction for the 2024 French Open didn’t go unnoticed by the fans or even Iga Swiatek herself!

Serena Williams’ ex-coach gets hailed for her pin-point prediction for the 2024 French Open winner, Iga Swiatek

Apart from that Osaka match, Iga Swiatek was absolutely ruthless against her other opponents. After the second-round hiccup, she took just two sets to demolish her next few opponents. She is now the third woman to win three consecutive titles at Roland Garros. Reflecting on the earlier prediction made by Rennae Stubbs on Swiatek’s run in this tournament, a fan wrote, “This aged particularly well.

But earlier this year, Stubbs had predicted Iga Swiatek to win the 2024 AO. However, her prediction went wrong that time and Aryna Sabalenka successfully defended her title in Melbourne. This time, she hit straight in the bull’s eye with her prediction. “Brilliant call Rennae,” said the other fan.

Aryna Sabalenka was defeated by the 17-year-old Mirra Andreeva in the QF of the French Open this year. While another big name, Elena Rybakina faced an exit in the same round at the hands of the finalist Jasmine Paolini. A fan says things could’ve been much tougher for ‘The Queen of Clay’ if these were not eliminated. The fan wrote, “Might’ve been a bit more difficult for her if Sabalenka or Rybakina hadn’t fallen so soon, but still a dominating show by 1GA. We’re all lucky to enjoy such a great talent so soon after Serena.

Highlighting her excellence in this field, one of the fans hailed her by saying, “This is why you are the best tennis commentator- You just get it. Great analysis as always Renae.

Even Iga Swiatek came up with a hilarious sticker in the comment box of that post in response to Stubbs’ accurate prediction about her dominance in Paris.
