Brian and Arthur celebrate baby number two with lavish white themed baby shower

BRIAN Dowling and his hubby Arthur Gourounlian are celebrating the fast-approaching arrival of their second baby.

The celebrity couple threw a lavish white-themed baby shower today and invited their family and close friends.

Arthur’s sister Nazouk and his nephew flew to Dublin yesterday for the special occasion.

Brian took to Instagram this afternoon to share some stunning photos of himself, Arthur and their adorable one-year-old daughter, Blake.

The family-of-three were all dolled up to the nines in their matching white rigouts as they smiled from ear-to-ear together.

The Six O’Clock Show host captioned his post: “Baby Dowling Gourounlian Number 2, let’s go & CELEBRATE you & your imminent arrival.

“It’s baby shower time @gourounlian. Our theme is white, so what could possibly go wrong?

“I’m also wearing the exact same fabulous Espadrilles I wore to Blake’s shower in 2022 & we all know how that ended.

“We can’t wait to CELEBRATE with all our family and friends.”

The couple’s friends and fans all rushed to the comment section with compliments.

Jeremiah wrote: “So beautiful, all the best. Blake will be an amazing big sis.”

Tracey commented: “So happy for you three, have a great day so exciting.”

Eddie said: “Beautiful family. Enjoy the celebrations, not long to go now.”

Rosaleen added: “Enjoy you all look stunning so exciting.”

Brian’s sister Aoife is the surrogate for his and Arthur’s second baby, with her due date being July 4.

She gave birth to their first-born Blake in September 2022.

However, Aoife made the decision to steer clear from social media during her second pregnancy due to the online abuse she received from the first time round.

Brian told The Irish Sun: “She’s way more tired this time. We obviously went through a lot of it the last time, with the negativity and the trolling.

“So this time Aoife has made a conscious decision not to be so obvious on Instagram because she got a bit of a hard time.

“So this time Aoife said to us, ‘Listen I’d rather if I just step back a little bit’.

“We obviously have to respect that.”

The Virgin Media star added: “But she’s doing great, just really tired. She’s not been sick, she’s just amazing.

“The bump is so different, the pregnancy is so different.”

Brian also revealed he knows the gender of their second child but is keeping his lips sealed.
