Christine pays tribute to Paddy on Father’s Day as she ‘stops looking for love’
CHRISTINE McGuinness sent a sweet message to her ex-husband Paddy on Father’s Day – as she later admitted she is not “looking for love”.
The model, 36, and comedian, 50, announced their split in 2022 after welcoming three children together.
Paddy took to Instagram on Sunday and shared his own Father’s Day tribute.
The comedian wrote: “To all those Dads who put themselves last. The good Dads and stepdads here and those who have passed away.
“The working Dads, the tired Dads and the stressed Dads… it’s all worth it.
“For when you get those wonderful hugs, hear that gorgeous laughter and receive the unconditional love from your children, that really is the best.
“PS lest we not forget the new socks and ‘world’s best Dad’ mugs.
Gentlemen, happy Father’s Day.”
Christine wrote beneath his post: “Happy Daddy’s Day from our three little loves.”
She posted a photo tribute to her own dad on Father’s Day and wrote over the top: “I would choose you every time”.
Christine also revealed she wa spending Sunday with the kids and was helping them with their homework.
She captioned one photo: “Help! Sunday is not Sundaying.”
On her own story, the star posted an inspiring message to her fans about enjoying life.
She captioned a glamorous photo of herself: “Never go in search of love, go in search of life, and life will find you the love you seek.”
She has previously admitted she will never get married again.
She revealed earlier this year: “The only life I’ve known is with Patrick and I’m not sure what my path is now I’m on my own. I need to figure it out.
“Patrick and I have been separated for almost two years now, but I don’t think I’ve dealt with the separation completely yet and I know that one day I’m going to have to do that.”
Christine has no plans to move out of the family home she shares with Paddy as they co-parent their twins Penelope and Leo, nine, and Felicity, six, who all have autism.
