Cherished grandfather of Michael, Kaitlin, Brittany, PJ, Ciaran, Liam, Ronan, Ryan and Devin; great grandfather of Mateo; fond grandfather to Siobhan, Olivia, Marcus and Sean; dear brother to Anthony and the late Harry, Thomas, John, Mary Scanlon, Martin and Paddy (Mount Jubilee, Bangor Erris); brother-in-law to Nora Barrett (Mount Jubilee, Bangor Erris) and Kathi Barrett; and beloved Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place on Friday from 3pm until 8pm at Cooney’s Funeral Home, 625 Busse Hwy., Park Ridge, Illinois.
Prayers will be recited on Saturday at 9am at the Funeral Home with funeral proceeding to St. Juliana Church, 7201 N. Oketo Ave., Chicago for Funeral Mass at 10am.
Interment at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
