Three men arrested following disturbance at Waterford home
A male in his 20s was brought to University Hospital Waterford for treatment
Three men have been arrested following a disturbance at a residence in Co Waterford in the early hours of this morning.
Gardaí and emergency services responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence on Connolly Road in Portlaw, Co Waterford shortly after midnight in the early hours of Tuesday, June 18, 2024.
A male in his 20s was brought to University Hospital Waterford for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. A second male, in his 40s, received treatment at the scene for his injuries.
Three males, aged in their 20s, 40s and 50s, were arrested at the scene. They are currently being detained at a Garda station in Co Waterford under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
The scene was preserved pending a technical examination. Gardaí have confirmed that investigations into the incident are ongoing.
