Tayto have recalled products after golf ball fragments were found in crisp packets
The affected products have best-before dates for August.
Tayto has recalled some products with best before dates in late August after fragments of a golf ball were found in a small number of packs of crisps.
In a statement, the company said they believe the material may have “inadvertently” been harvested with their potatoes.
The affected products have best before dates of 21, 22 and 23 August 2024.
The Company says Tayto Snacks are working closely with the Food Safety Authority of Ireland, and with customers to ensure the potentially affected product is no longer available for purchase.
