Speculation remains rife over a permanent move for Adam Idah to Celtic this summer.

The striker came in at the tail end of the winter transfer window and made an impactful mark, scoring several goals which led the Hoops to a domestic double.

It is no surprise Brendan Rodgers wants to tie the 23-year-old down to a long-term stay in Glasgow, with fans taking a similar stance.

With Norwich recently getting a new manager, though, a deal might not be as seamless as expected.

Indeed, Johannes Hoff Thorup wants a look at Idah in pre-season, with the Canaries’ maiden friendly set for next Saturday.

Ahead of the match, their players have been beginning to prepare, but Idah and one of his teammates were in a relaxed mood on Saturday.

Both men experienced contrasting fortunes in Glasgow. Idah became a fan-favourite in a brief few months with Celtic but Duffy was a much-maligned figure in one of the club’s worst seasons in recent history.
