Apple AirPods Max: $100 Off In New Low Special-Offer Price

Apple’s AirPods Max headphones are tremendous headphones. I’ve been using them pretty consistently since they were first announced in 2020. They look great and sound sensational. But they’re not cheap. So the latest $100-off price is pretty enticing.

This isn’t the very lowest price these headphones have ever hit, but the discounts that took them below this price tend to be quick, short-lived sales.

The new discount is at Amazon and represents 18% discount off the full $549 price. This $100 price drop takes the headphones down to $449, which is great.

There’s more. Some discounts have often only focused on certain colors, but this offer is for all five hues: Space Gray, Blue, Green Silver and Pink.

As you’ll know, each shade of AirPods Max really comes in two shades, helpfully shown on the Amazon page. The anodized aluminum earcups are one color, the headband another. On the blue and pink versions, the headband is much darker in color, on green, noticeably lighter, for instance.

In all cases, the variation of color is neatly and elegantly done and add to the look of the headphones.

This is not the only offer on AirPods at the Amazon Apple Store. The most affordable, second-generation AirPods have dropped in price by a massive 38%, or $49.01, from $129 to $79.99: available here.

The more recent third-generation AirPods are reduced by $39.01, from $169 to $139.99, a 17% discount. Buy these here.

And the more advanced Apple AirPods Pro 2^nd generation, normally $249, are reduced to $189.99, a $59.01 price cut which represents a 24% discount. Here is the link for the AirPods Pro.

There’s even a discount on EarPods, if you prefer the wired in-ear headphones, which come in three versions, with 3.5mm headphone jack ($18.99), Lightning connector ($15.99) and USB-C connector. The USB-C connection is the only one of the three reduced, from $19 to $17.98, a 5% price cut. Buy these here.

There are hints that some of the AirPods range could be updated this fall, though these prices make the current models highly attractive right now.
