Application seeking extensive development in Waterford City | WLRFM.com

A further application has been submitted for an extensive development at Deerpark in Waterford City.

Noel Firsby plans to construct a large-scale apartment complex.

In March, Noel Frisby Construction LTD. submitted an application for 78 apartments across three blocks A, B, and C at the already existing Deer Park development.

A separate application submitted on Friday includes proposals to construct 79 further apartments across blocks D, E, and F bringing the total to 157.

The blocks consist of a mixture of 4-5-story buildings with 1 and two-bed apartments.

The plans also include all relevant amenity storage facilities as well as access to bike parking.

The development has proven popular in recent months with first-time buyers and those relocating to the city.
