Nintendo has announced that a free software update will add Basketball to Nintendo Switch Sports this summer.

Head to Spocco Square and you can now challenge yourself to see how many baskets you can sink within the time limit in the solo Three-Point Challenge, using motion controls.

Whenever you’re looking for a friendly competition, up to four players can compete locally in Five-Streak Battle or Three-Point Contest in which you compete in two-on-two matches locally or online in which you must work together to dribble, pass and score.

Nintendo Switch Sports is now available at retail and digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide.
