Walton and Pasch developed an undeniable and transcendent chemistry while working for ESPN. They routinely called Pac-12 games together, with Pasch providing the perfect balance for Walton’s vividness.

Walton was a true legend of the game in every regard. He was a simply outstanding player, winning two NCAA Championships and two NBA rings. He was also the NBA MVP in 1978. He followed that up by becoming one of the most memorable basketball commentators ever.
