Ipswich Town fans who want to attend all 19 away games next season will have to travel 5,884 miles, according to research done by Cinch.

The Blues, who sealed a top-two finish on the final day of last season, will be back in the Premier League for the first time in 22 years. They start the campaign with a home tie against Liverpool before heading to the Etihad Stadium to play defending champions Manchester City.

Cinch calculates that this will cost around £883 in fuel, with Town’s mileage for the 2024/25 season ranking them seventh in the division.

That’s a significant decrease compared to last season, where Ipswich played 23 away games, many of which were in the North West. In total, the club estimated that they travelled more than 8,500 miles in 2023/24.
