Planning has been refused for a massive housing development in Tipperary.
Sinead Maher applied to Tipperary County Council for a residential development consisting of 86 residential units (consisting of five detached houses, 60 semi-detached houses and 21 terraced houses).
It also included a two storey 230sqm creche and a pumping station as well as the decommissioning of an existing wastewater treatment plant, removal of derelict infrastructure and all associated site works on lands.
The development address would have been at Hayfield Manor, Bohernamona, Thurles.
