With eggs in short supply and outbreaks spreading across Aussie farms, bird flu has Australia on edge. 

Join this online briefing to hear from the experts at CSIRO’s Australian Centre for Disease Preparedness, who can answer your questions about the Australian and global situation. 

The briefing will discuss the following issues:

• What has the Australian Centre for Disease Preparedness found from its testing so far?
• How can scientists tell the difference between strains and the three separate outbreaks?
• Where do the outbreaks come from?
• Why doesn’t bird flu devastate wild birds the same way it does poultry farms?
• The global role the Australian Centre for Disease Preparedness plays in monitoring and surveillance
