Brittany Mahomes Says Husband Patrick Is ‘Proud’ After Daughter Sterling Falls Asleep Cuddling Basketball

Patrick Mahomes’ daughter Sterling Skye could be following in her dad’s sporting footsteps!

On Monday, May 27, Brittany Mahomes shared an image of the couple’s 3-year-old daughter asleep alongside a basketball.

“This girl legit fell asleep tonight snuggling her basketball… 🥹 Her dad is proud 😂 @patrickmahomes,” wrote Brittany, 28, alongside an Instagram Stories snap of Sterling in her bed, which appeared to have been captured on a monitor.

Sterling isn’t the only Mahomes offspring who is a big basketball fan.

Back in March, Brittany posted a video of her 17-month-old son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon III appearing to have a great time as he watched a game on TV.

In the Instagram clip, Bronze squealed and raised his hands up as he took in an NCAA game between the Oregon Ducks and South Carolina Gamecocks.

“This kid loves ball 😂,” the Kansas City Current co-owner wrote across the video.

That same month, Brittany captured footage of Bronze clutching on to a football during their family vacation. 

“This dude just wants to hold on to the football and not let go,” she said in the adorable video as quarterback Patrick, also 28, proudly nodded next to them on a sun lounger. 

Meanwhile, over the Memorial Day weekend, Brittany hit the golf course with her two children

While Bronze, who was dressed in a white Adidas T-shirt and light gray shorts, walked around the green with a regular-sized golf club, Sterling raked one of the bunkers with a black rake while wearing a blue princess dress and her hair in a white bow.  

“Hey, golfer boy,” Brittany called out to Bronze, before asking her daughter, “Sterling, what are you doing? I mean, Princess Elsa, what are you doing?” 

“I’m trying to rake,” Sterling replied.
