Cases against Cork man accused of assaults adjourned 

A 27-year-old man accused of assault causing harm to three men at different locations in Cork City centre on the same date had the cases against him adjourned until June 6.

Ryan O’Mahoney, of 16 Carrig Court, Mahon, Cork, faces counts of assault causing harm to three men on the same night.

Frank Buttimer, solicitor, said that the defence was considering whether there would be a signed plea of guilty to the charges against him.

The charges consist of assault causing harm to a man at Margaret St and a similar crime against another man at Sullivan’s Quay and a third assault of a similar nature against another man, elsewhere in the city centre, on August 14, 2023.
