Celtics’ Jaylen Brown Shares Photo of Ring He Lost at NBA Title Parade: ‘Got It Back’

Jaylen Brown’s ring has been recovered.

The Boston Celtics star posted a photo of the ring on X, thanking the fans who found it.

On June 22, Brown asked for help finding the ring that he lost during Boston’s NBA championship parade and promised a “big reward” to whoever recovered it.

The reward appears to be a pair of tickets to see the Celtics’ ring ceremony, as the 27-year-old wrote “I’ll see you courtside” to the two fans who found it. Brown also posted a video of himself meeting the fans on his Instagram story, giving them a signed basketball as well as a jersey.

The ring has the name of the forward’s personal sportswear brand “7UICE” printed on it.

Brown was locked in during the Celtics’ five-game series victory over the Dallas Mavericks. He was named 2024 Finals MVP for his efforts, as Boston captured championship No. 18.

Questions surrounded Brown after the Celtics gave him a supermax extension worth $304 million over five years in July 2023, which represented the richest contract in NBA history at the time.

He responded by making the third All-Star appearance of his career during the 2023-24 season while connecting on a career-high 49.9 percent of his field goals. Brown also showed up in the playoffs, averaging 23.9 points and 5.9 rebounds per game on 51.6/32.7/66.0 shooting splits in 19 appearances.

The 2016 No. 3 overall pick was also responsible for one of Boston’s most important shots of the playoffs, hitting a contested mid-range jumper to prevent a Mavericks comeback in Game 3 and give the Celtics a commanding 3-0 series edge.

With the lost ring back in his possession, Brown can continue to enjoy his offseason after winning a title. Meanwhile, the two fans that found his ring will have a front-row seat for the ring ceremony.
