Chelsea told to complete Khvicha Kvaratskhelia transfer
Chelsea have been pretty busy in the summer transfer window already. Five new players have arrived at Stamford Bridge, with more set to join them.
Tosin Adarabioyo, Estevao Willian (joining in 2025), Omari Kellyman, Marc Guiu and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall have all signed on the dotted lline at Stamford Bridge, while football.london understands that Chelsea are close to completing deals for Renato Veiga and Aaron Anselmino too.
None of those are what you would call statement signings, but there is plenty of time still left in the summer transfer window to make one of those. And Chelsea have certainly not been averse to doing just that under the stewardship of Todd Boehly.
If Chelsea are to make one big signing this summer, former Blues star Pat Nevin knows who he wants it to be. Speaking to Genting Casinos, Nevin said: “My dream signing for Chelsea this summer is Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. He’s a great player with a great personality and he’s old school and modern at the same time.
“He’s doing it for Georgia and Napoli, put him in a top team and he could be extra special. I’d love to see him playing in the Premier League. Absolutely love it.
“If Chelsea can make one big signing, that would be the one. He’s skilful, he dribbles, he runs with the ball, he’s good in the air, he takes players on. You name it. He also does it while smiling and loving every second of it.”

Kvarataskhelia could end up replacing Mykhailo Mudryk at Stamford Bridge, with the Ukrainian struggling to live up to the hype since his £88.5million move in January 2023.
Nevin questioned whether the forward would remain at Chelsea beyond this summer.

He added: “I have no idea what sort of Chelsea team we could see by the start of next season, could Mudryk be gone too? There’s a million different things.
“The upside for every Chelsea fan is that there are good players there.”
