Colts clinch Men’s U-23 Basketball Championship – Stabroek News

Colts emerged as the Georgetown Amateur Basketball Association (GABA) Men’s U-23 Champion, defeating powerhouse Kwakwani 76-75 on Saturday evening in the final at the National Gymnasium, Mandela Avenue.

Charles Williams led the effort with 23 points. He was supported by the duo of Carmelo Mon-Son-Hing and Shannon Wilson, who assisted with 17 and 14 points, respectively. Chipping in with nine points was Dimitri Rankin.

For the losers, Kelon Phillips and Kadeem Dover recorded 21 and 20 points, respectively. Contributing 10 and eight points were Travis Lewis and Demarcus Adams, respectively.
