Crescent Shopping Centre to host first blood donation clinic
THE CRESCENT SHOPPING Centre in Dooradoyle is set to host its first ever blood donation clinic.
This new initiative aims to provide a convenient and accessible venue for individuals to donate blood, contributing to the work of the Irish Blood Transfusion Service (IBTS) in the Mid-west.
Scheduled to take place at Unit 1A, City Mall within the Crescent Shopping Centre, the inaugural blood donation clinic will kick off on Sunday, April 7, from 12 noon to 3pm. This event is open to both new and returning donors.
Brian O’Leary, manager of the Crescent Shopping Centre, expressed his enthusiasm for this innovative endeavour.
“We are thrilled to host the first blood donation clinic at the Crescent Shopping Centre. This initiative aligns perfectly with our commitment to serving the needs of our community,” Mr O’Leary said.
“By providing a convenient location for individuals to donate blood, we hope to make a tangible difference in the lives of those in need,” he added.
