More M1 southbound delays

There is a broken down car stranded in the median of the M1 southbound at J4 (Donabate). Long delays of 60 minutes from J5 (Balbriggan).

The road has reopened

All lanes are now open on the M1 southbound, as the collision at J2 (Dublin Airport) has been cleared. Severe delays of 110 minutes remain from before J4 (Donabate). Delays of 15 minutes on the R132 Swords Bypass.
