EY picks Wilton Park for Irish head office
EY Ireland has confirmed a move to the newly developed Wilton Park office estate in Dublin in a boost to the embattled commercial property sector.
The financial services giant plans to move in summer 2026 as it expands and consolidates its Dublin city centre footprint.
The high-end Wilton Park campus, overlooking a small park and the Grand Canal in upmarket Dublin 2, has been developed by IPUT Real Estate and has already secured LinkedIn and Stripe as major tenants.
EY Ireland employs more than 5,100 people on the island of Ireland, with offices in Dublin, Belfast, Cork, Galway, Limerick and Waterford. Managing partner Frank O’Keeffe said the new premises will provide a landmark headquarters for the business.
“Our new offices will accommodate our growing business and our new ways of working. It will be a world-class centre for collaboration, innovation and delivery as we continue to partner with our clients in new and exciting ways to help them solve some of their most complex and strategic issues in a world that is changing at incredible speed.”
Niall Gaffney, CEO of IPUT Real Estate Dublin, one of the biggest owners of office and logistics properties in the capital, said the move reflects Wilton Park’s position as the “destination of choice in Dublin” for office occupiers.
