FC Barcelona and 1XBET solidify successful partnership with five-year extension | SportsMint Media
The LALIGA club, FC Barcelona (FCB) and the online gambling brand, 1XBET, have announced an extension to their existing partnership.
The agreement, which began in 2019, has been renewed for an additional five seasons until June 2029. The renewal has solidified the sportsbook’s position as a global partner and the official betting partner of Blaugrana.
This strategic alliance has offered substantial advantages for both parties. The online betting platform gains increased brand exposure through Barca’s massive global digital audience, reaching millions of passionate Barcelonistes worldwide. The sportsbook will also have access to players from the club’s prestigious men’s, women‘s, and indoor football teams, along with the legendary FC Barcelona Legends, to create engaging promotional content.
Commenting on the renewal, Juli Guiu, Vice-President of FC Barcelona’s Marketing Area, said, “The renewal of the agreement with 1XBET is the consolidation of a long-term collaboration that will help us to reassert our commercial strategy in the global sphere. Our aim is to continue working together as we have until now, in liaison with a benchmark brand in the online technology and gambling market.”

The Spanish giants have recently secured renewals with CUPRA (vehicle manufacturer) and EBC Financial Group (financial services provider). Additionally, their stadium, Spotify Camp Nou (undergoing renovation through the Espai Barça project) partnered with Fortinet, TK Elevator, EHEIM Möbel, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE).
The team from Barcelona finished second in LALIGA last season. Their new season kicks off on August 18 with an away match against Valencia CF at 1:00 AM IST.
