FORT SMITH — For Cody Wilmath to leave North Little Rock, it was going to take an opportunity that moved the needle.

The Fort Smith Northside Grizzles were just that, and Wilmath was named the head coach of the Grizzlies’ basketball program Tuesday afternoon.
