Full 2024 NBA Draft order and teams with the most picks

The 2024 NBA Draft is nearly here. Come Wednesday night, the next crop of NBA players will hear their names called at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. For the first time, the NBA Draft will be spread out over two nights: Round 1 will be Wednesday night in Brooklyn with Round 2 Thursday night in ESPN’s Seaport District Studios in New York.

After winning the lottery at just a 3% to do so, the Atlanta Hawks hold the top pick this year. The Washington Wizards and Houston Rockets round out the top three selections.

There are typically 60 picks in the NBA Draft but two have been removed. The Philadelphia 76ers forfeited the No. 49 overall pick and the Phoenix Suns forfeited the No. 59 overall pick due to violating free agency rules. Here’s the full draft order:

Which team has the most picks in the 2024 NBA Draft?

There is currently a tie for the most picks in the 2024 NBA Draft. The Spurs and Trail Blazers each have four selections this year. San Antonio has Nos. 4, 8, 35, and 48 overall and Portland has Nos. 7, 14, 34, and 40.

The Brooklyn Nets are the only team without a pick in the 2024 NBA Draft.
