Gardaí in Limerick appeal for witnesses after burglary at Crescent Shopping Centre
Gardaí in Limerick are appealing for witnesses following a burglary and criminal damage incident at a retail premises was reported on Monday morning.
The Irish Independent understands the incident occurred in the early hours of Monday morning, February 28, at a retail premises in the Crescent Shopping Centre, Dooradoyle, Limerick city.
Gardaí are currently investigating the incident and a number of scenes are undergoing technical examination.
A garda spokesperson explained: “Shortly before 3:20am on Wednesday 28th February 2024, Gardaí received a report of a burglary and criminal damage incident that occurred at a retail premises in Dooradoyle, Limerick city.
“A number of scenes are currently preserved for technical examination and investigations are ongoing.
“Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to come forward. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Henry Street Garda Station on 061 212400, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.”
