‘If our players are not safe in Pakistan, we won’t send the team’: Harbhajan Singh lashes out on Champions Trophy 2025 hosts Pakistan in live show

Former India off-spinner Harbhajan Singh has said that India won’t send it’s team for the Champions Trophy 2025 if “our players are not safe” in the country. Harbhajan made the comment when he was constantly poked on the Pakistani TV channel.
 

“If our players are not safe in Pakistan, we won’t send the team. If you want to play, play; if not, then don’t. Indian cricket can still survive without Pakistan. If you guys can survive without Indian cricket, do it,” said the Turbanator.

Eight years ago, Pakistan beat India in the final on England soil under Sarfaraz Ahmed’s leadership to win the Champions Trophy.
