Pop megastar Taylor Swift opened her Eras tour run of three sold-out Dublin concerts at the Aviva Stadium with a spectacular performance on Friday night.

For three-hours plus the US singer captivated the 50,000-plus crowd with hit after hit, countless costume changes and a thrilling stage show. The Irish Times five-star review said “the sense of occasion is almost too huge to quantify” and the concert “confirms the US singer as an artist who comes along just once in an era”.
