‘It was full on’ cries ‘nervous’ Brian as he ventures out with newborn baby
BRIAN Dowling got “nervous” as he ventured out with his newborn baby and daughter Blake.
The Six O’Clock Show host celebrated a sweet milestone yesterday with his ten-day-old, Blu.
Brian’s sister Aoife stepped in to act as a surrogate for himself and his husband Arthur Gourounlian for a second time after they welcomed daughter Blake in September 2022.
She gave birth to a beautiful baby girl that Arthur and Brian named Blu Amar Rose Dowling.
Brian took his two daughters out on a walk on his own using a double buggy for the first time yesterday while Arthur was working.
The Virgin Media star looked a little worse for wear afterwards as he explained: “I look like this because today I was out with the two girls for the first time by myself using a double buggy.

“I hadn’t used a double buggy in my life. But we’re back, I survived. It was full on.”
The 46-year-old also shared a heart-melting photo of himself holding his new arrival in his arms while Blake sat in the stroller looking very pleased.
Brian explained how he was apprehensive at first saying: “Honestly, I was a little nervous working the double buggy, especially with it being Blu’s first time ever in anything and my first time ever using one, but minutes in, I was working it like a PRO.
“Blake was in her element at the front and just kept saying ‘hi’ to everyone.

“Blu was over it on the way back and insisted on being taken out and carried the rest of the way home.”
Brian spoke about Blake having fun with her cousins as he said: “I had some of my sisters, nieces and nephews to keep us company. Blake is OBSESSED with Harvey.
“She woke up at 4am the other morning and was saying ‘Harvey, Harvey, Harvey’.”
He added: “I know Baby Blu is only ten days old, but I feel like she has been with Arthur, Blake and I FOREVER.”
Brian’s friends and fans all flocked to the comment section with compliments and praised him on being a “great parent”.
Arthur wrote: “Well, for some, I hope you three enjoyed your promenade.”
Influencer Pippa O’Connor said: “You’ve got this nailed, hello! You’ve worked the skies you can do anything.”
Rosemarie commented: “She is a beauty just like her sister. They are a credit to you both. Well done. Your both great parents. Wishing you all the love and light in the world.”
Aisling added: “People always underestimate how hard it is to get out the two with two babies. So well done Daddy.”
