Welfare Rights Assistant in Hull
If you have experience in giving advice and advocacy, you should look at this full-time role in Hull City Council as a Welfare Rights Assistant. It pays between £27334 and £29777 for a 37-hour working week, according the the listing.
The Welfare Rights Service provides independent benefit advice, casework & representation service to both internal and external customers. The role will include “encouraging the take-up of benefits, the provision of confidential advice on potential entitlement, and assistance with challenging decisions at the various stages available”.

Caterer at HMP Hull
If you are a chef fed up with working late nights, there is a job going at HMP Hull. The full-time position pays £30,902 per year.
The listing says, “unlike traditional restaurant jobs, you won’t have to work late into the evening”. The main responsibility is overseeing the work of offenders to prepare and cook meals for the prison.

A job has been listed for a “playful and accepting” person to work with children who have disabilities. Based in Limetree Court, you’d work for the Council’s Children and Family Services in a children’s home.
It involves giving children personal care, moving and handling, help with aspects of high levels of supervision and support. A full-time job is going working the night shift at the Asda superstore in Bilton. The job closes on July 15, so you’ll have to be quick if you are interested.
Duties include maintaining shop floor standards and training your team to do the same and making sure back of house areas run safely and smoothly. The lsiting says: “You’ll be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to change.
