She celebrated her milestone 50th birthday in January with a night out in Paris surrounded by her nearest and dearest.
But it was Kate Moss’ 30th birthday two decades earlier that has gone down in history as one of the most extravagant the London celebrity circuit has seen.
The event, held at Claridge’s in London, has garnerned such a place in party lore that it has been recreated for the upcoming series Moss & Freud, where Kate is portrayed by Ellie Bamber.
The guest list for Kate’s shindig was typically star-studded and included the likes of fellow supermodel Naomi Campbell, fashion designers Stella McCartney and Alexander McQueen and The Rolling Stones‘ Ronnie Wood.
And now, 20 years on from the iconic party, MailOnline takes a look at what some of the A-list guests are up to now.

Naomi Campbell
Fellow supermodel Naomi attended the bash in a satin peach gown with a racy cut-out detail and a feathered shawl.
20 years later, Naomi is still attending the biggest showbiz parties around the world, as well as walking runways for Prada, Chanel, Givenchy, Dolce & Gabbana and Burberry.
In addition to her modelling career, Naomi, 54, has embarked on other ventures, including an R&B studio album and several acting appearances in film and television.
In May 2021, she announced the birth of her daughter and confirmed to Vogue that her daughter was not adopted.
Two years later, in June 2023, she announced the birth of her son, but keeps both children out of the spotlight.

Ronnie Wood
Meanwhile, The Rolling Stones’ Ronnie was pictured outside the venue with his ex wife Jo, who he divorced in 2009.
Ronnie, 76, was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2017, but refused chemotherapy because he did not want to lose his hair.
In April 2021, he announced that he had been diagnosed with a small-cell cancer, but that he had been deemed ‘all-clear’ by his doctors following treatment.
Ronnie, who is a father of six, most recently revealed how he gets a natural high these days after ditching booze and drugs.
He has left behind the rock star lifestyle and now favours sipping green juice and watching Netflix than going out partying.
Ronnie has been open about his previous battles with addiction and abused cocaine, heroin and alcohol for years before getting clean for good in 2010.
The musician is currently on The Rolling Stones’ Hackney Diamonds tour and has brought wife Sally, 46, and seven-year-old twin daughters Alice and Gracie with him.

Chris Martin
Coldplay singer Chris appeared worse for wear as he left Kate’s boozy 30th birthday bash.
20 years on from his party days, Chris, 47, is busy performing with the popular band, who are set to play at Glastonbury for the fifth time this year.
Overall, the band has sold more than 100 million albums worldwide, making them one of the world’s best-selling musical artists, and they’ve won seven Grammys out of 36 nominations.
According to an article released by The Times in May 2023, Chris now has an estimated net worth of £160 million.
Chris married Gwyneth Paltrow in 2003 and went on to have two children before parting ways in 2014.
He is now in a relationship with American actress Dakota Johnson, and it is rumoured the pair are now engaged.

Pharrell Williams
Pharrell, 51, hasn’t changed much since attending the famous party, but he has become even more stylish over the years.
In fact, he took his passion for fashion to the next level when starting his fashion label and retailer, Billionaire Boys Club.
He has also served as Men’s creative director for Louis Vuitton since 2023.
However, he first became known as one half of the hip hop and R&B production duo the Neptunes, which he formed in 1992 with Chad Hugo.
Pharrell has received numerous accolades and nominations. He has won 13 Grammy Awards, including three for Producer of the Year.
He is also a two-time Academy Award nominee, including one for Best Original Song for Happy and for Best Picture as a producer of Hidden Figures.
Pharrell married his longtime partner, model and fashion designer Helen Lasichanh in 2013. The couple have four children together: son Rocket, and triplets.

Stella McCartney
Stella is the daughter of British singer-songwriter Paul McCartney and photographer Linda McCartney.
She put on a very glamorous display in a gold satin gown and dazzling headpiece at Kate’s party in 2004.
Stella launched her fashion house under her name just three years before attending the star-studded bash.
She now operates 51 freestanding stores in Manhattan’s Soho, London’s Mayfair, LA’s West Hollywood, Paris’s Palais Royal, Rome and other locations.
Stella married British publisher Alasdhair Willis in 2003 and the pair now have four children together.

Sadie Frost
Sadie turned heads in an eye-catching red dress with a daring thigh-high split as she arrived at Kate’s bash, followed by a male companion.
She first rose to fame following her debut film role in Empire State in 1987.
Sadie was married to actor Jude Law from 1997 to 2003 after their met in 1994 and quickly fell in love.
In April, Sadie confirmed she is single after drawing a permanent line under her on-off eight year relationship with businessman Darren Strowger – and she couldn’t be happier.
The actress ended a long-term relationship with Strowger in 2021, but hinted at a potential reunion last year when they were seen leaving designer Charlotte Tilbury’s home hand-in-hand following an appearance at the British Fashion Awards.
But having opened a new chapter as a wellness expert and brand ambassador for health retreat chain Amchara, Frost, 58, insists her romantic ties to the 57-year old have been severed as she reassesses the qualities she looks for in men.
She told The Times: ‘Yeah, yeah [I’m single]. But I think my choices in men are better now. Like, [a boyfriend now has to be] somebody that’s done work on themselves, someone who’s not all about the external and doesn’t always have something to prove.
‘Someone who doesn’t always think they’re right.’
Speaking to Stella magazine in 2021, Frost – a parent to Finlay, 33, with Kemp, and Rafferty, 27, Iris, 23, and Rudy, 21, with Law, confirmed her separation from Strowger.

The theme was The Beautiful And Damned and Kate styled herself after Gloria Gilbert, the spoilt, beautiful creature who marries Anthony Patch in F Scott Fitzgerald’s book of that title.
Kate’s hair was styled in a riot of curls for the evening. Her eyelids loaded with heavy navy and graphite shadow in a sort of darkly glamorous look that reeked of smudged dishevelment from the get-go.
She completed the aesthetic look with a long, diesel blue, sequined dress out of which she stripped almost as soon as her tanned toes touched the shagpile of her Claridge’s suite later that night.
There were scantily-clad waiters, a blacked-out room with a DJ in the corner where, at one point, fashion designer Bella Freud could be found dancing alone.
And there was cake — a towering pyramid of profiteroles dipped in, and glistening with, honey, toasted almonds, cream and rose petals. Kate blew out the candles to cheers and applause.
Before the party well and truly got underway, Kate got ready with friends include Sadie Frost and Stella, and arrived in a yellow Sue Stemp cocktail dress.
The early revellers then enjoyed drinks before Kate changed into her midnight blue dress and the party well and truly began.
At one point during the evening, the partygoers left Claridge’s in favour of carrying on the fun at the home of Sam Taylor-Wood, the budding filmmaker who would go on to become Sam Taylor-Johnson, wife to actor Aaron Taylor-Johnson.
But Kate and her pals were too much for Sam’s neighbours to handle and soon enough a knock on the door from noise prevention officers sent at 1:45am sent the gang back to Claridge’s.

According to the Evening Standard, the party was spread across two suites on the seventh floor with Kate performing a rendition of Summertime while lying across a piano with Jools Holland.
While not all the events of the night are known, the bash was wild enough to send then couple Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin home early.
Kate’s close friend Naomi Campbell stayed out for most of the night before announcing she was heading to bed before she ‘f***ing died of hunger’.
The party carried on until dawn with the rest of the attendees finally heading home around 7:45am.
Moss & Freud is a dramatised account of supermodel and cultural phenomenon Kate when, at the peak of her fame, she made the decision to sit for famed British artist Lucian Freud .
Ellie Bamber stars as the supermodel in the biopic with Kate herself serving as an executive producer.
Speaking about the project in February, Kate said: ‘As this is such a personal story of mine it has been essential that I be involved with James in all aspects as the project has developed.
‘I am thrilled by the recent casting and excited that the film will begin shooting soon, I cannot wait to see it.’
Set around Lucian’s Holland Park studio and London in the heady days of early 2000s Britain, the story opens up to explore Lucian’s mysterious past and Kate’s life as a globally recognised supermodel.
While her 30th birthday went down in history, Kate’s most recent birthday bash was incredibly similar as she partied the night away in a Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris in January.
The supermodel managed to turn the upper class eatery into her very own nightclub and danced non-stop until 2am for her 50th bash.

She celebrated her milestone in the opulent, pastel-coloured environs of the exclusive Laurent Restaurant in the heart of Paris’s Marigny Square district – alongside boyfriend Nikolai Von Bismarck , 37, daughter Lila, 21.
Despite her newfound spirituality and alcohol-free lifestyle it was far from a sedate affair.
Just like 20-years-ago, Stella McCartney , 52, was among the star-studded guests to attended Kate’s iconic party.
Venus Williams , 43, Edward Enninful , 51, and Charlotte Tilbury, 50, were also among the 30-strong group of Kate’s closest friends who were so loud in the restaurant’s smoking area that passers-by stopped dead in their tracks to peer in and see what was going on.
Similar to her stunning sequin frock from her 30th, Kate was wearing a vintage sheer black lace dress and black satin cape at her 50th.
Kate started her evening catching up with friends and was heard shouting ‘I haven’t seen you in ages’ in the candle-lit smoking area of the venue – where she proceeded to share anecdotes about Mick Jagger.
The group then dined in the lavish restaurant, known for its mousseline brioche with Golden caviar, blue lobster salad and cod confit in sauce vierge, prepared by head chef Mathieu Pacaud, and washed down by beloved house champagne cocktail – the £23 Laurent Spritz.
At one point, the fashion stars turned the smoking area into their own runway and gave their best walks for their friends to critique.
