KBC Global secures ₹20 million contract for East Africa infrastructure development – CNBC TV18

KBC Global, formerly known as Karda Construction, has secured a subcontract valued at approximately ₹20 million from CRJE.

This contract, awarded to KBC Global’s wholly owned subsidiary, Karda International Infrastructure, marks the company’s initial foray into Africa’s infrastructure development landscape.

CRJE Ltd, a subsidiary of the China Railway Construction Group, specialises in construction projects across East Africa, including railways and luxury hotels.

The awarded contract focuses on the soft infrastructure segment.

KBC Global has articulated strategic plans for both domestic and international expansion.

The company’s recent milestones include the delivery of residential and mixed-use developments.

In financial year 2022-2023, Karda Construction reported revenues of ₹10,818.56 lakh.
