Las Vegas Raiders OT gets some love from NFL scouts, execs, coaches | Sporting News

The Las Vegas Raiders will see a few new starters along the offensive line in 2024, but one spot that won’t see a new starter is left tackle, where Kolton Miller is returning for his seventh season.

Miller has become one of the better left tackles in the sport in recent years and that was adequately reflected in an article from ESPN that ranked the top-10 offensive tackles in the NFL ahead of the 2024 season based on the opinions of coaches, executives and scouts around the league.

While Miller didn’t crack the top 10, he received at least one vote and was listed in the honorable mentions within the article.

“Improved quickly over course of his career,” one AFC personnel man said. “Good in both run and pass. Struggled with anchor early in his career and has improved to a Pro Bowl-level player.”

Miller had another stellar season in 2023 despite having to battle through injury. He gave up four sacks and 16 pressures in 428 pass-block snaps and tallied Pro Football Focus grades of 79.3 in pass-blocking and 73.3 in run-blocking, leading to an overall mark of 80.2.

If he can stay healthy and put up another strong season in 2024, there’s a chance Miller will crack the top 10 in 2025.
