LionTree’s Ex-Head of Gaming Nick Tuosto Launches GoodGame Advisors
Nick Tuosto, the former head of gaming at media, technology and telecommunications focused investment and merchant bank LionTree, has unveiled the launch of GoodGame Advisors, a boutique advisory firm.
Tuosto, also a co-founder and managing director of venture capital firm Griffin Gaming Partners, previously also served as the global co-head of internet & digital media investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
GoodGame will provide financial and strategic advisory services to Griffin. It will also leverage “Griffin’s data-driven venture insights to provide nuanced advice to select clients of GoodGame Advisors and investors and portfolio companies of Griffin,” the firm said.
Tuosto and his team have advised on more than 30 transactions in the interactive entertainment industry, accounting for more than $30 billion in deal value, according to the company.
