The traffic lights are out of action on Dolphin’s Barn, at the junction with South Circular Road, due to an ESB power failure which is expected to be resolved in the next two hours, LiveDrive on Dublin City FM reports. Leave space for pedestrians and cyclists.

Gates at Marlay Park are now open for Hozier. Delays are building on the M50 around Junction 12 and Junction 13.
