LSUA men’s basketball hosts Junior Generals Camp
ALEXANDRIA, La. (KALB) – Even though basketball season is still a long way away, LSUA men’s basketball program looked at the off-season as a chance to give back to the community.
The Generals saw quite a turnout at Junior Generals Camp on Thursday, June 6, as head coach Dimario Jackson, staff and a few players got to share their knowledge with Cenla’s next generation of hoopers.
The three-day camp is for ages 5-12 and gives kids a chance to learn the fundamentals of basketball from the reigning Red River Conference Champs.
Even current players like Kashie Natt, Jakemin Abney and Jayce Toliver took time out of their day to teach the kids a thing or two.
