Fine dining might make an occasion, but top-notch casual is what today’s diners hope for at high-end hotels

Apart from their formal high-end restaurants, many of the top five-star hotels and resorts in the country have other dining options available for their guests, basically to keep the spend on site.

Let’s face it, nice and all as it is to dress up and indulge in gourmet food in formal settings, if you’re away for a few days in the same hotel, you want to be able to chow down casually on a burger, posh fish and chips, or just a good steak with all the trimmings.
