Man dead after minibus-car crash in Co Waterford
A man in his 60s has died after the minibus he was driving was involved in a collision with a car in Co Waterford this evening.
The incident took place at around 6.20pm in Monvoy, Tramore.
The man who was driving the car was assessed at the scene, but did not require immediate hospital treatment.
The road is currently closed with local diversions in place and an examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators is ongoing.
The local coroner has been notified and arrangements will be made for a post-mortem examination.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to this collision to come forward.
Any road users who may have camera footage and were travelling in the area at the time are asked to make this footage available to investigating gardaí.
